The Boat:

1tenr

25' Steiger Craft Chesapeake powered by Suzuki. Loads of fishing room and an incredibly dry and smooth ride!

The Crew:

Capt. Rich Tenreiro, host of the hit local TV show Northeast Angling. He specializes in fishing the protected western Long Island Sound waters from City Island and Little Neck all the way to Connecticut and Oyster Bay. He will teach you how to sharpen your skills, and you will learn about the techniques, tactics and gear necessary to catch that trophy fish. The greatest part is he is extremely friendly and encouraging. He is also great with beginners; no prior fishing or boating experience is necessary!

Fishing Report:
Today on the BFTC tog jigging charter aboard R&G charters, anglers went out with a bang. Although the pick was slow in the AM, the afternoon bite was just unbelievable. Anglers limited out with tog up to 7.5 lbs all on the new tog jigging method.

This exciting form of tog fishing is taking the industry by storm, converting die-hard bottom fishermen into light tackle enthusiasts!

Unbelievable action. Anglers were fishing in 8-14ft of water, at times casting and slow-retrieving (like largemouth bass fishing!) for these better-than-average tog!
