TERMS AND AGREEMENT
I. Payment Methods
- For online booking, we accept credit card and paypal (mandatory surcharge applies).

II. Booking
- Before seven (7) days of trip: 50% of full fare will reserve a spot.
- Less than seven (7) days of trip: Full payment required to maintain spot.
III. Refund Policy
- A full refund will be granted on any trip(s) cancelled due to captain's decision on bad weather or boat malfunction.
- Angler who cancels before seven (7) days of trip will receive a full refund.
- Angler who cancels less than seven (7) days before the trip will not be refunded (unless the angler can find a replacement).
IV. Transportation
We offer the option of a round-trip shuttle van (15 passenger van limited to max 8 anglers) service from the office location (18-29 127th St. College Point, NY 11356) to the dock of your booked trip. An angler may book a spot in the van at the time when the trip is booked.
V. Other Considerations
During the fishing trip (i.e., on the boat), we apologize but the following may not be used as grounds for full or partial refunds:
• Motion sickness
• Any other injuries occurring on the charter or party boat
• Injuries resulting from fishing equipment malfunction
• Injuries resulting from improper use of fishing equipment
• Personal injuries that may result from prior medical conditions
